Cancellation Policy

Public Event Booking Policy We love bringing Jennie Blooms to community markets, festivals, and public events! Please review the guidelines below for hosting our mobile flower trailer at your event: Vendor Participation * Jennie Blooms participates in public events as a retail vendor, with guests purchasing bouquets and products directly from our trailer. * We do not charge event hosts a booking fee, nor do we pay appearance fees unless mutually agreed upon. Space & Setup Requirements * A space of approximately 15 feet long and 6 feet deep is required to accommodate our flower trailer and guest flow. * Access to water and nearby parking is appreciated but not required. * Setup and breakdown times will be confirmed in advance and must align with event's load-in schedule. Sales & Transactions * All sales during the event are managed and process by Jennie Blooms. * We accept cashless payment methods unless otherwise restricted by the event. Weather & Cancellations * We attend events rain or shine unless severe weather poses a safety risk. * In the event of a cancellation by the organizer, we appreciate notice at least 48 hours in advance. Marketing & Promotion * We kindly ask that Jennie Blooms be included in event promotion (social media, flyers, websites, etc.) when possible. * We're happy to provide logos, photos, and descriptions upon request.
