Welcome to our floral experience! By booking with us or purchasing any products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date.
The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the event.
Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of deposit and confirmation from our team.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will forfeit the 50% deposit.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

Rescheduling

All flower and bouquet purchases are final sale due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers.
No refunds or exchanges will be offered for individual floral items.

Weather Policy (For Outdoor Events)

We are not responsible for inclement weather. It is the client's responsibility to secure a backup indoor indoor location if needed.
If weather prevents us from setting up and no alternate location is arranged, our standard cancellation policy applies.

Event Conduct & Set-Up

For DIY table setups, our team will handle setup and breakdown, ensuring everything is beautifully arranged and ready to go. However, we do not remain on-site during the event.
Clear instructions and signage will be provided for guests and hosts to guide the bouquet-making process.
Hosts are responsible for maintaining the table during the event and ensuring a safe environment.
For events involving children, adult supervision is required around tools or sharp items (e.g., scissors, clippers).

Liability

We are not liable for injury, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from use or misuse of flowers, materials, or tools provided during your event.

Photography

We may take photos at public or private events to use for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know in advance.
