The Floral Bar offers a beautiful, self-serve bouquet station perfect for showers, birthdays, brunches, or any intimate gathering. This tabletop setup brings all the creativity of our flower trailer in a compact, no-fuss format. We'll provide fresh, seasonal stems, all the necessary tools, setup and breakdown, and provide simple DIY instructions- so your guests can create their own mini bouquets at their own pace. While this option is not staffed by our team, it's designed to be easy for the host to manage, with clear directions included for a smooth stylish setup. Floral fun, no trailer or crew required. Just set the table and let the blooming begin.
Cancellation Policy
We're excited to be a part of your special event! To ensure a smooth and organized experience, please review our booking policy below: Securing Your Date: * A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. Dates are not guaranteed until the deposit is received and confirmed by our team. * Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Final Payment * The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the event date. * If the balance is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit. Minimum Booking * All event bookings require a 2-hour minimum. Booking Confirmation * Once your deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation email with event details, policies, and next steps. * Final event details (guest count, location, bouquet sizes, etc.) must be confirmed no later than 10 days prior to your event.
